Residents

How it works

One objective. A map. Then every week, on schedule.

A Residents engagement turns "we should be on Reddit" into a plan you can see, people who already belong in each community, and a monthly report that shows exactly where your brand showed up.

What's included

Everything it takes, in one engagement.

Community map

The subreddits, recurring questions and live threads where your category is discussed, which competitors get named, which threads rank in Google, and which ones AI answers cite.

An agreed brief

Objective, communities, topics, tone and boundaries, signed off by you. Nothing goes live outside it.

Matched Residents

Practitioners with real history in each community, matched to its culture and rules. They contribute to the community beyond your brand.

Quality control

Every contribution checked against the brief and the community's rules before and after it goes live.

Monthly report

Where your brand showed up, what changed in AI answers for your tracked questions, what was removed and why, and what we'll do next.

One account lead

A single person who knows your product, runs the brief and answers your questions. You never manage a Resident.

The first 90 days

Map, brief, run, report.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Map and brief

We map your category's communities and AI answers, and agree the brief with you: three to five communities to start, topics, boundaries and what success looks like at 90 days.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    First Residents go live

Matched Residents start taking part in the first communities: answering questions, contributing beyond your brand, and mentioning you where it's genuinely relevant.

  3. Weeks 4–12

    Steady presence

Participation runs every week. We adjust topics to what the communities respond to, and widen coverage once the first communities are established.

  4. Monthly

    Report and re-check

Each month we re-run your tracked buying questions in the AI assistants and report what moved, alongside where your brand appeared.

What lands in your inbox each month.

No vanity metrics. Every line links back to the thread it describes, so you can check our work.

Three ways to work with us

Pick the one that fits.

Managed presence

For B2B SaaS teams. We run your presence in the communities that build your buyers' shortlists.

For SaaS teams →

White-label

For agencies. We deliver under your brand. You keep the client, the relationship and the margin.

Partner kit →

Market entry

For B2B brands entering the US, UK, Canada or Australia. We get you vetted where engineers and IT buyers compare suppliers.

For brands going global →

Pricing depends on how many communities we cover. We quote after the free audit, once we both know what your category needs.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the work, not the votes.

We promise

Coverage of the communities we agree, steady weekly participation, accurate statements about your product, and honest reporting, including the months when nothing moves.

We don't promise

Upvotes, front-page threads, a sentiment score, or removal of criticism. Communities decide those, and the only way to guarantee them is to break Reddit's rules.
